How does the expandable zip actually work?

A zip runs along the border/gusset of the bag. Zipped closed, the bag sits slim and flat against your body. Unzipped, the gusset opens out and adds depth — so you get more storage without carrying a bigger bag.

What fits inside?

Phone, wallet, keys, earphones, passport, tickets, a power bank and cable, plus a small diary. Expanded, there's room for a light layer, a water pouch or the things you picked up at the market.

How many pockets does it have?

Three zip sections — a main top-zip compartment, a raised zip pocket on the front for quick-grab items, and a rear zip pocket that sits against your body for cards and papers.

Is it waterproof?

Hemp is naturally water-resistant and handles light rain fine. For heavy rain, slip your valuables into a waterproof pouch inside the bag.

Will my bag look exactly like the photos?

Close, but not identical. The woven panels are handcrafted, so stripe placement, weave pattern and colour distribution vary slightly from piece to piece. That's the character of a handmade bag, not a defect.

How do I clean it?

Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, then air dry in shade. No machine wash, no bleach, and don't wring it out.
