At Khojo, we care about your satisfaction just as much as your next adventure. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help! Our return policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and supportive of your journey with us.


7-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. No complicated rules—just a fair policy that supports you as a valued member of the Khojo travel community.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn/unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required (digital or printed).


How to Start a Return

Email us at teamkhojo@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item (if there’s a defect, damage, or incorrect delivery)

  • A brief reason for return

Once approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send the item

Please don’t send items back without first contacting us—unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll sort it out quickly by replacing it, issuing a refund, or offering store credit—whatever works best for you.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Some product is final sale due to customization or safety standards:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Used personal care goods

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/discounted items

Exchanges

Need a different size, style, or design? The quickest way:

  1. Request a return for your original item.

  2. Place a new order separately once your return is approved.

This ensures you get your preferred product faster while keeping things simple.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re in the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, no questions asked, under the consumer protection law. Just make sure the item is unused and in original condition. Email us for assistance at teamkhojo@gmail.com.


Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.

  • This usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please reach out.
