Thank you for visiting and shopping at Khojo Travel Store. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All locations within India

  • Select international countries (please check availability at checkout)

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

For Domestic (India) Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if applicable): 1–3 business days

For International Orders:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
    (Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.)

Note: Delivery delays may occur during high-demand seasons, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

  • India: ₹49 for orders below ₹999. Free shipping on orders ₹999 and above.

  • International: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and tracking link to follow your package.

6. Delays & Undelivered Packages

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Please wait 24–48 hours, as couriers may mark packages as delivered before actual delivery.

  • Contact our support team for assistance with further tracking or re-delivery options.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

Khojo Travel Store is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
